What's the difference between pre-paid and recurring?
Pre-paid subscriptions are paid in advance for a set period and do not auto-renew.
Recurring subscription payments are taken at the frequency set when placing the order. These will continue until you pause, edit or cancel your subscription plan.
How does payment work?
Payment for ongoing subscriptions is automatically deducted from the nominated account 3 days before delivery. Full payment for 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions is processed on the sign-up day.
When are bouquets sent?
Upon purchasing a monthly subscription, a new bouquet will be sent every month. Opting for a bi-weekly recurring subscription results in flower delivery every 2 weeks.
Can I choose which bouquet I receive?
We create a new seasonal bouquet for our subscription customers every 2 weeks. Depending on when your delivery is scheduled determines which bouquet you receive each month.
