    Choose when you'd like your first delivery to take place, we'll then deliver around this time each month.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between pre-paid and recurring?

Pre-paid subscriptions are paid in advance for a set period and do not auto-renew.

Recurring subscription payments are taken at the frequency set when placing the order. These will continue until you pause, edit or cancel your subscription plan.

How do payments work?

Payment for recurring subscriptions are automatically deducted from the nominated account 3 days before delivery. Full payment for 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions is processed on the sign-up day.

When are bouquets sent?

Upon purchasing a subscription, a new bouquet will be sent every month around the date you selected for the initial delivery.

Can I choose which bouquet I receive?

We create a new seasonal bouquet for our subscription customers every 2 weeks. Depending on when your delivery is scheduled determines which bouquet you receive each month.
