Delivery Questions
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is free of charge for all orders and is delivered by Royal Mail. For all pre-paid subscriptions, next day delivery is included at no additional cost via DPD.
If you wish to upgrade your order to a premium next day delivery service, we charge £5.99 and your gift will be shipped via DPD.
We will only charge one delivery charge per order regardless of the number of gifts you order. If you have any special delivery requests or need assistance with your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
What days can you deliver my gifts?
Monday to Friday
We deliver gifts Monday-Saturday. Orders before 6pm Monday to Friday can be placed on a next day delivery whilst the cut off time for orders placed on a Saturday is 12pm for delivery on Mondays.
Saturday Delivery
For Saturday deliveries there will be a delivery charge of £5.99 added to your order.
What time will my delivery arrive?
All gifts will be delivered between 8am and 7pm on the nominated day of delivery. We cannot allocate a time slot for delivery.
Is my delivery guaranteed?
We strive to offer the best possible customer service and will always do our best to ensure your gift arrives on your chosen day. However, our Royal Mail standard delivery is not guaranteed and in a small number of deliveries it may be delivered the day after you requested.
Can I change the delivery day of my subscription?
Providing we have not packed and dispatched your order we will be more than happy to change your delivery date. Please visit https://theblossomist.co.uk/account to manage your subscriptions, delivery changes must be made 48 hours before a subscription is due to ship.
If you are not going to be in on the day of your delivery, the courier will leave your gift in a safe place. Your flowers will be happy sleeping in their packaging until you return home to cheer them up.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been placed and processed, we will issue you with a tracking number dependant on your chosen method of delivery. This information will be emailed to you once fulfilled, alternatively you can visit https://theblossomist.co.uk/account to view your order information.
My gift hasn’t arrived on the day I requested.
For deliveries arriving after your nominated day of delivery please email us at hello@theblossomist.co.uk and include your order number. One of our team will be in touch to discuss the issue with you.
We do advise if your gift needs to arrive on a guaranteed day to upgrade your delivery to our DPD premium service as we cannot guarantee delivery with Royal Mail and in some cases your delivery may arrive the following day when ordered with Royal Mail.
Subscription Questions
How does Payment work?
For rolling subscriptions, payment will be taken 3 days before your chosen delivery. For pre-paid subscriptions payment will be taken on the day you process your order.
Can I choose what flowers are in my box?
We will update the subsciption bouquets every week and images and descriptions will be updated under the the subscription section each week. If you are unhappy with the bouquet displayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Why are my new flowers different to the image displayed?
Flowers are unique and therefore may differ to the image shown but will still look as beautiful. We want to ensure you receive the best qulaity flowers.
After Sales
What do I do if some of my stems are damaged?
Occasionally flowers can be damaged on their journey to you. Please contact us at hello@theblossomist.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your delivery along with photos of your damaged stems.
My flowers don't look their best, what can I do?
Our flowers are packaged and delivered dry to you, these delicate blooms will be thirsty and hungry when they arrive to you. Ensure you cut the stems at a 45 degree angle as per your care guide and give them fresh water and food.
