The peonies are absolutely gorgeous, fluffy and long stemmed, customer service even better after I accidentally sent them to myself!

I composed my own personal message and this was printed onto the card of choice in a stylish pen font.

If l have one recommendation, l would suggest that the choice of cards available is very limited. However, as this came as a free service, it is unfair on me to criticise therfore l mention it only as a future suggestion.

Arrived the next day. They were well packaged and in excellent condition. My first order from this company. There was even prompt communication after l placed my order as there was a slight difference in the colour of the petals that were available. I would recommend this company and say that you can place your order with full confidence and peace of mind...🙂

I'm lucky enough to have a subscription delivered to me from my son while he's in Australia, but the last delivery unfortunately got damaged by DPD and all the flowers took a bit of a bashing with lots of broken flowers. I contacted Blossomist to let them know what had happened, obviously it was not their fault but wondered if they could contact the courier. Well, they were amazing, organising a replacement bouquet straight away, no questions, despite me offering to send photos of the damage flowers. It was a different design but equally beautiful and arrived within a couple a days with a lovely card apologising. It was so refreshing to receive this service from a company who clearly care about their customers and reputation rather than just their profits. Would 100% recommend them over some of the more well know postal delivery companies. Thank you again
