Despite ordering 8 days in advance the flowers did not arrive on Valentine’s Day and were indeed 4 days late . On arrival they showed the effects of four days in transit . However they were quickly replaced ,arriving two days after dispatch and the quality was very good .

I am so sorry for the delivery issue via Royal Mail that happened with your order, as mentioned in our response to your other review we of course understand your disappointment, especially as the bouquet did not arrive on the expected day. We shipped you a fresh upgraded bouquet which I note from tracking was delivered to you the next day after dispatch and I am glad to hear you were happy with the quality. Once again I am sorry that Royal Mail let us down.
