Every stem included is unique and may differ slightly to the image shown but will still look as beautiful. Due to seasonal availability and weather conditions, some flowers may require a substitution to keep your bouquets looking their very best.

It didnt really look like the picture even after the buds bloomed and when they first arrived 20% of the flowers had already wilted

Floral Surprise is designed to be just that, a surprise. Our florists select each stem on the day based on what's freshest and in season, so the bouquet will always vary from the photography, and will keep changing character as the buds open.

We're sorry to hear some of the flowers had wilted on arrival. Freshness matters a great deal to us, and we always want the chance to sort this out on within the delivery frame, but we don't have any record of being contacted about this or any issues. If you get in touch with us directly quoting order #2985 with some photos, we'd be glad to take a proper look and make things right.
