Lost one star because the bouquet was in the postal system for more than a day in 30+ degree heat, resulting in very limp and unhappy flowers. But they did recover after a day or so and proved to be exactly like the photo on the website. Suggest you find a better way to send flowers out, they were prepared and sent on the actual birthday but didn’t arrive until the next day! Overall happy with the bouquet though, thankyou!
